As Christians, we are to give everything to God, including our anger. He's Big enough to hear about it so feel free to tell him how you really feel. He's also big enough to be trusted with it. He will work out all of the situation of our lives if we will allow Him to, in a way that brings glory to Him and benefits us too.
Losing your temper causes a lot
of trouble but staying calm settles arguments.
